Reading Week 3 Term 4

This weeks learning was based on Vocabulary, all the books I read were in a different language so I learnt a lot. I learnt a lot of new words and a new language.

Reading Week 2 Term 4

This week was about chariots, ancient chariots and modern chariots. This work was fun and great because the first bit was easy the second bit was just reading and the third bit was just telling people about our reading so this reading was easy.

Reading Week 8 Term 3

For reading this week our work was about native plants and how they are dying we explained and answered questions about native plants. We also made a flip grid at the end  summing up all our knowledge and making a video about it.

Reading Week 7 Term 3

For this week reading we had a little theme which is 3D printing we had to look at some videos and articles and we created a word art from some of the interesting words from the article and video. After a we could create a animation that is about 3D printing so we answered some questions in the animation and there it is. Partner:Mehakpreet's Blog

Reading Week 5 Term 3

This week we were learning about animals and future. I learnt about endangered animals, we learnt about there habitat and how to save them. We also learnt about other animals and learned facts about them. Partner: Mehakpreet's Blog

Reading Week 3 Term 3

Reading Week 2 Term 3

For Reading this week our reading was about possums, adaptations and Eco systems. We answered some quizzes and answered some questions in the book. For reading I thought the theme was Environment.

Reading Week 8 Term 2

For reading we were learning about Matariki and we took some tests to test our knowledge.
I learnt a lot about Matariki and how they formed.

Reading Term 2 Week 9

For reading we had to read things for our STEAM and we also about MOTAT.
I learnt how STEAM cells work and how levers work and how I can make a lever and I also learnt a lot about the fulcrum

Kea Building the future

So me and Mehakpreet were learning all about some issues in Building the future (the book). We learnt a lot about tsunamis (which was also in the story) and how they build up. Well reading the book I realized some thing I should learn from the book because It has a lot of labels and interesting words.

Elisabetta Dami Author Study

This is my Author Study, basically we got to choose which author we wanted to study about I chose Elisabetta Dami if you do not know who she is she is Geronimo and Thea Stilton.

We had to choose choose 2 books from our author and a limited amount of 5 books but I already did 5 when we have chose those 5 books we had to also write the name, the publisher, the year and we had to put the picture of the book

After you are done that you have to choose 6 questions you want to ask you author and answer them,
after that you have to choose 6 more tasks to do thats sounds pretty hard but easy for me a little.
