SLJ Day 1 In the Beginning Activity 2

Something special about my hometown is that there is so much exciting, yummy choices in stores near my house, My hometown is really hilly because their is lots of really rough concrete hills, and all the my neighbours houses including mine have really dark coloured roofs.

    Well done for completing another Summer Learning Journey activity! I really like the descriptive language that you've used in this piece— I particularly enjoyed reading "that there is so much exciting, yummy choices in stores near my house."
    What type of yummy choices are there? I'm sorry to hear that there are a lot of really rough concrete hills around... it must make playing enjoyable though? Do you ride a scooter or a skateboard? I know that Peyton, another student at your school LOVES riding her skateboard.
